Dad's Form of Begging

When one of us kids would come and ask dad for something, whether it was a treat to eat or going out with friends, over half of the time he would tell us to "lay down, roll over, and bark." If we were willing to do this then we would get whatever it was we were asking for, so most of the time us kids would then lay down, roll over, and bark.
